[Resolved]  Airtel — online prepaid recharge failed but amount got debited and still not refunded despite dispute being raised.

I had done an online prepaid recharge of rs199 on march 11/19. The amount got debited from my bank account but the recharge failed.

I even raised a dispute after one week and received a message that the amount will be refunded in 2-3 weeks. But i still haven't received any refund.

I have also sent a feedback today. I thought the amount will be credited within a week but now i'm doubtful since it's almost 20 days since i recharged.

Kindly look into the matter and help settle the dispute as soon as possible.

The company didn't mail or call me but they refunded the amount to my bank account.
