Airtel — Online Recharge amount for Rs 219 not refunded

I had purchased a new sim from airtel on 2nd July 2021. I immediately made an online recharge for Rs.219. But, I did not receive any message from airtel nor was the amount credited. Then when I enquired with the dealer, I was informed that the first recharge should be done only with the retailer/dealer.
I need to know how I can recover the amount of Rs.219. My new airtel sim/contact number is [protected].
