[Resolved] Airtel — online recharge failed but amount deducted from my netbanking a/c | |||
Hi, I was trying to recharge airtel bihar number [protected] from this website https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge on 15-Jan-2018. I tried 3 times to recharge with amount 509, 509 and 448 and paid through HDFC netbanking and every time amount got deducted and recharge status failed. I have only one transaction reference of 448 for the above number:- TRANSACTION REFERENCE [protected] Sorry! Recharge was unsuccessful. I contacted customer care to 121 but they asked to call this number [protected] . Unable to connect to customer care through IVR . it just says oops when prompt type 9 to connect and call gets disconnected. I also emailed to this id [protected]@in.airtel.com . But till now i did not get any intimation. Could you please initiate the process to refund the amount to my bank account Was this information helpful? | |||
