Airtel — outgoing service | |||
Hello sir, I have many complaints in customer care, airtel store, and email also but still my issues has not been resolved. I have recharged with 558 rs. For 82 days My number is [protected] (Prepaid) I have available balance 108 rs. My plan pack validity is 19 may 2019 Last 32 days i have complained but nothing happens, I have already changed my handset and sim card replaced. I can't make a call after 5pm to 11:59pm My outgoing service has stopped, only one message "your outgoings service has expired, recharge now" My incoming, sms, and internet service are proper working. But i can't make a call only. This is my official number and no one gives me solution only give me time sir please wait 72 hours. I have already waited 32 days but still nothing happens.
