[Resolved] Airtel — Paid services are not provided

In airtel there was a scheme of 346 rs in which all the call were free for 1 months and 1gb data but i m not able to make calls and there is no source is provided for interrecting with customer care directly
And it is displaying that i have insufficient balance while there is no need of balance as i have already paid for it care directly so kindly help
