Airtel — pathetic airtel network | |||
I am a 6-month old airtel postpaid user. I intend to use this network for voice, video calling & internet browsing etc. The issue with this network is that since beginning of the month i started this connection, there was vigorous call-drops in between. Numerous cross connections faced. Even though the situation gets worsen when i do browsing. And each day, the same problem is faced, even after repeated complaints being lodged. Instead i pay rs 600 on average each month with rs 499 plan. The authorities don't intend to solve the problem, rather lodging complaints only... The same issue being reiterated each & every time i get call from technical team. It's pathetic to continue with this connection anymore, number portability is the only option left, after paying hefty amount every month. My suggestion, is improve quality of your connection and retain existing customers, otherwise bulk of people are planning to shift to jio. The worst is gonna be coming for u.
