Relation ship number : [protected] - for postpaid mobile connection, no [protected] Relationship number : [protected] - for data connection, no [protected] Complaint 1) : why for the same person having same address, there are two relationship numbers? Complaint 2) to get a printout of payment receipt for online payment, needs a lot of effort. The website is only about payment, every click is how to pay the money in the fastest possible way but once paid to get the printout of receipt is an exercise itself. Complaint 3): in the payment receipt of post paid mobile connection, airtel logo is available but for the data plan payment receipt, it is absent, why?
