I have been facing poor speed and call drop issue since July.
I have raised the issue till appellate authority but in vain. I am still facing the same issue and every time I get the same pre defined reply from them that the indoor quality is poor in your area. I mean do I have to sit outside to use internet?
If yes then why they do not mention this in the advertisements on TV.
They are looting the customer and on 4G network many times I get speed of 20-50 kbps and sometimes even normal websites fails to load
I have attached screenshots of email history since July 2018.
Customer care dealing is the worst. I never got this issue resolved.
