Mr. ceo, This is to bring you in notice that I had a worst experience in your bangalore office executive... Mr hari prasad Mr. ganesh head operations... I called the airtel office bangalore with my mobile number..[protected] at 7 to 8 between pm on 30th july 2016 I told them that the amount of 265 was debited from hdfc account and where i had an issue that previous recharge transaction was also not happening.. i never got an sms of recharge nor the amount The agents transfer the call to mr. harish Where i was very much angry with my issues I told him i need my payment right now Nd mr harish.. i am on call he said me that... pagal ho gayi hey. to mr ganesh.. where i was listening everything I was so upset with this word.. i m using airtel from past so many years. nondoy had given me such an responce. Instead of apologies from the manager.. ganesh he told me that i am adamant i do know how to speak.. i was being threatening to the people that's your employees by transferring the call I am the senior head operations in quikr Who the he'll is he to tell me pagal ho gayi hey on call And mr ganesh he is teaching me professionalism on the call by supporting the hari prasad.. It's really hurted me by having so many years of experience with airtel they have told me all this things and words. I need the responce from ceo itself i need you to call me and hear the call too... Being so old age At the end i had to use all abusing words which i never used on anybody still now.. Being a mother. of one child. i do not except this kind of responce from an stupid senior operations people It's really worst worst worst. Airtel was an good company i was happy with the service but after this incident i will b stop using this network. My brother deals with this airtel i will tell him also to stop it and i will put all this in media and recording will be shared with all And until unless i get an apology with both of them. I want to know what' was the action taken from ceo about this?? Will never ever use airtel. Thank you mr ganesh and hari prasad for saying all this and giving me an bad experiences.
