Airtel — porting code

Dear sir services of airtel are worst in our area in allahabad allahapur their 4g connection is not giving even 2g speed i want of port my number to vodafone. I have send massege to 1900 more than 10 times during last three days
Also talk to customer care executive three times every times they are saying the i will receive the porti ng code but the truth is till now i have not received the code

Please help me.
