Airtel Post Paid — excessive bill

ctually i am a ported customer from vodafone, By having lot of hope i ported to ur network. But now i am feeling that why choosed india's top netwok. About Your app: Because of your messages i downloaded my airtel app. my billing date is 28/04/2015. On 26th i checked my data usage in your app. it was showing that 96%. That time only i got message from airtel that i used 491MB out of 480MB. on 28th also it still 96%. Also on 28th my ucurrent usage is 278rs something. After my bill got generated 29th it was 892rs!!. How it is possible. Cant believe your app. About your billing: i got shock after seeing that 892rs. In a one day 500 increased. then i waited for my bill to get generated.in that bill i sent 150 national sms*EXACTLY*. i sent 20 international SMS *ExACTLY 20*. In Roaming 61sms. I would like to mention that i didnt send any messages from my mobile apart from whatsapp. ERROR: you are making fake bills. In that 150sms to airtel mobile list i can see my father number. He is using IDEA network. How it is possible to comes under airtel..? last bill also i sent exactly 5 international sms and 5 national. i have to money 400rs for ur incorrect billing.
