Airtel — postpaid bill payment: charged excess bill without resolution of my complaint regarding range | |||
I complained to airtel company that my sim no. [protected] had not range in my resident area 10 months ago. When i am using internet it takes very much extra time that means very slow internet speed. And company charges me full payment that i used internet extra, even i complained about that. After that i refused to pay the bill then my sim is blocked by company and added extra charges of rs. 308 even my sim is blocked. Now my complain is that company should have to refund my payment of extra uses of internet because it is very slowly due to low range and i already complained about that 10 months ago but the my complain is not resolved yet by airtel company. I have received a sms on my mobile it says thank u for activating Lic club..and charged me for rs35..but i havent activated that service...i am requesting you to please refund my amount..
