[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid Fraud | |||||
Hello, last month one of executive from Airtel called me and told, they can give me a 499 plan which is having 7gb of Internet free every month, 100 L/N SMS free, roaming incoming free. She told me that it's 549 plan with Rs.50 off. So I decided to apply MNP and change to Airtel. But now I am getting only 2 GB Internet and its 549 plan and not 499. I am cheated. Sir please help to understand this. Looking like a normal consumer is being looted by this company. Have a look at my bill sir. Same plan 499rs and no extra usage but bill is different on both month, how that can be possible. First two are from previous month and next one are from this month.
