Airtel — prepaid cards deactivated | |
I had 2 prepaid numbers with airtel, [protected] and [protected]. Both were deactivated without notice, and the balances in the cards were not returned to me. I can't find an email channel to call airtel, nor a telephone number for airtel complaints, which i can call from overseas. There is no indication on airtel website as to how often the card has to be used to keep it active and in what mode — voice-call, sms etc. Was this information helpful? | |

I have recharged 448 pack on yesterday and the network is so slow am not able to access internet from yesterday. Kindly check and assist if the issue persists I will port the number to some other network who provide good service.
