[Resolved] Airtel — prepaid mobile services

I had received an offer message from airtel.

But after recharging, i did not get any offer and now airtel is neither giving me promised offer nor they are returning my money.

I have also shared the screenshots of the messages and the other required details and i am sure they can verify the authenticity of the message very easily.

What can i do now?
