Airtel - Prepaid — money deducted from my account.. no recharge made. airtel is not reimbursing.

Made a recharge of rs.3998/- through gpay for a friend's phone. International raming. Money left my account, but no recharge done by airtel prepaid. After multiple complaints both to gpay & airtel - i lost the money. They blamed each other and then finally airtel said it was actioned (No message to me or the no. I recharged for)
First they said i hadn't made a complaint in the nest 3 working days. Which luckily i had. Through email. I have a record.

Was told by airtel that this was a gpay problem and they washed their hands off saying the recharge was used. With no confirmation message that the recharge was activated.

July 2020
Made another payment to recharge the same mobile no. The following month this time the rs. 3998 was recharge but the rs.500/- was not. (Pm & pm2) this was made directly through the airtel app.

The person who took the complaint first said payment will come back to my account in 6 working days. Next tele caller said, 10 days,
The next asked for a transaction no. Whch apparently starts with 200...
We had no transaction no sent, nothing avaiable on the site, that i had done any transactions - no evidence. She then said she cannot take the complaint without a txn no. Asked her where to find the txn no. She guided us to a space when=re still i couldnt see any transaction no. Hence gave her my sbi bank txn no.
Finally she took a complaint and said 3 more days.

Both these payments were othpg payments. And the fraud is only on this no. All other transactions have been successful.
After this happened the same prepaid no. Got a phishing call.

Please see what can be done about these dubious activities that airtel is operating on and refusing to reimburse!!!
