Airtel — prepaid number deactivated and could not activate during grace period | |||
Hi, My airtel prepaid number has been deactivated on 27th november 2018. I recharged again on dec 1st 2018 yet i couldn’t get any signal in my phone. When i reached out to customer care center in anna nagar in person, they didn’t help in any way. Kindly help to reactivate my airtel number. I am even willing to change my prepaid to postpaid number.
