Dear sir,
Pls change your plan like 10, 20, 30, 50&100 etc... Due to rural area peoples facing so many problem for recharge purpose. Why your network to jump to jio??? You mentioned 3g/4g given only 3g network &gb also jumping in your network. Why this type cheating to customer??? Tell me. And one more thing my area i mean562107 in bangalore monthly o4 time full day network shut down, why poor network maitanance?? That reason am also along with my 03 family members &so many friends jumping to jio network. Your saving your network pls change the your recharge plane & quality network & maintenance. Otherwise all people jumping to other network. If any clarification please call me, am laso talk with you:[protected].

I'm receiving phone calls from mobile number([protected]). he is talking vulgar words. So please take some action on him.
Why can't I recharge my Airtel Mobile Number Online - my mobile no. [protected]

When I call up I can never get the Customer Service agent. The option of 9 or 3 i am pressing but it doesn't get through. Such apathetic customer support is not expected from a company like Airtel. I hope they resolve this issue ASAP.

I have upgraded my old airtel sim to new airtel 4G sim numbered as - [protected].. Its been more than 98hrs but yet i am not receiving any text messages or otp over my new sim.also tried with the customer care services, but none of them are in contact. Kindly help with this issue as have tried everything else
I recently met with an accident where i got slipped from stairs while taking over phone and that damaged my phone
I have submitted the claims with all details but after taking 5-6 days in the process they came up saying claim is rejected because of negligence from my side in handling the phone.
