[Resolved] Airtel — Previous balance is not adding in next recharge | |||||
Dear sir, I am hitesh kumar my airtel contact no is [protected] in my this no approx 11000 sec (L+s) is balance whose expiry date is 10/05/2017 today recharge this no with 96 which gets 20000 sec (L+s) but not add previous balance seconds. As per airtel scheme if recharge before expiry date than previous bal is also addition but company not add this bal. Plz add this bal. Other wise i take the action against tour company in consumer form and also publish in newspaper so add this bal my contact no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
