Airtel — prime zone services deducted money 3 times unnecessarily | |
I am an airtel customer from around 10 years. Since last month 3 times it has deducted 20 rupees each time, total 60 rupees. And the message that i receive is regarding the primezone, i don't know what this prime zone is and when i try to contact customer care they say they cannot help as it is from the phone. But this is ridiculous, the money should be reverted to my account. When they are saying that this is not a service activated then how come they can deduct the money.
