[Resolved] Airtel — problem in outgoing sms | |||
For the past 3 days outgoing sms has been sent problem in my airtel prepaid number in tamilnadu. I am on a 449/- pack which has a benefit o[censored]nlimited calls, 1.4 gb data per day and 100 free sms. My mobile number is [protected]. Few sms sent with the state of tamilnadu however gets delivered but none of 4th e sms sent to other states are getting delivered. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 1, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Seems like they have taken action against my complaint, and solved the issue. SMS have started to go from this morning. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
