[Resolved]  Airtel — promised plan is not activated for my number with promised benefits

Before porting from vodafone to airtel network bangalore, airtel had promised me to provide 30gb data with unlimited calls, roaming benefits and sms for rs.249 lifetime but after porting, airtel is saying they do not have any plans for rs.249 and if they provide also, they can give only 10gb data i. E. Only few benefits compared to promised plans. Please take serious action on airtel and get me the promised plan.

I am facing issue in signal and network in my area. They is no Airtel data network and phone signal. Kindly please check to add additional antenna in our area to increase the bandwidth.
We are facing this issue in two different house of same location. So I think the signal should be properly fixed.
