Airtel — raised ticket to close connection, ticket was closed but the connection was still open and billed to me | |||
I have raised a connection closure request to airtel for one of my data card, and a ticket was logged for the same[protected] stating that the connection will closed n 7 working days, trusting the airtel brand value i was sitting assured that the connection will be closed as per sla, randomly after 10 days i enquired with airtel regarding the status of my closure request and the executive said that above ticket is closed with out specifying any reason and now he will log a new ticket ([protected]) for closure and it will again take 7 working days, i asked him who will pay the bill for all this period that was lapsed because of your mistake he said bill will be paid by you, i am feeling cheated, as the fault was from the airtel side and i am being made to pay the bill for their mistake. This is a real cheat, i have the call recording of the airtel executive and the 2 ticket no, 1 that was closed with out closing the connection and 2 that was raised to cover their mistake.
