[Resolved] Airtel — Raising bills after payment made | |||
Hello I had an airtel post paid connection, which i changed to prepaid basically because of very high bills of late. At the time of conversion at Sector -7, Panchkula, Airtel office, I paid the amount pending which I was told to pay by the person running the outlet. Thereafter again some amount was told to be due which also I duly paid. This was sometime in the month of Aug 2016. Now today ie on 13 Oct again I am getting a call from Airtel that i have a due of Rs 116- towards Airtel. Such unscrupulous practice by a so called Number 1 company of India is unthinkable.
