Airtel — re-activate my airtel number which is de-activated

Iam reloacated to chennai from hyderabad. By the time my airtelnumber is idle for 3 months. When i come back and see my aitel number got deactivated. I went to near by airtel store to reactivate they took complaint and not responding for my request. I went almost 6 times in 2 months. I felt this is not good to struggle a customer. I am using this number from last 9 years
Pls ask them to resolve asap.
