Airtel — received a pending bill and legal notice call from airtel

This complaint is with regard to receiving a call from airtel, telling me a legal notice and pending bill is generated on my name.
My connection number - [protected] was disconnected 3 months ago with all payments cleared.
I received various calls from airtel after the disconnection with regard to the bill for almost a month, during which in each phone call i told them, that the payment had already been made, and the connection had been disconnected.
What is surprising is that 3 months later, a bill of rs.4183 is generated and i'm told i have a legal notice on my name from airtel.
This is extremely troublesome and inconvenient. Because with regard to this very same connection, there was an extra payment made during the time of instalment due to various issues.
I would like someone to look into the matter, and also tell the airtel legal notice office to please be polite when speaking to customers of theirs.
Because the lady that called me had no decency or manners what so ever.
