Airtel — recharge amount taken but recharge not done | |||
I have recharged my airtel mobile number on 26th june 2018. The amount have been deducted from my account on behalf of airtelbharti but the recharge was not done. When incuired from the customer service they clearly ignore the call and start giving the excuses. They are not even registering my complaint. My mobile number is :- [protected]. Recharge amount is : 558/- Till date their is no information about the status of the recharge. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
