[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge amount wasted, no concern about it from customer care | |||
I recharged my main account balance today and tried to activate 349rs unlimited data pack from ussd. I have the balance still it wasn't activating. I tried to call customer care all they could do is ask sorry. There is option to activate it in the ussd, but its not working. Customer care told that service is not available. Now i have 400rs balance in my account and i have no use of it. Wasted my money. Airtel playing with common mans earnings. Was this information helpful? | |||
