Airtel — recharge done on wrong airtel number

I am airtel user having four prepaid connections and three digital tv connections.Usually i do all my recharges through airtel app I have done a mistake instead of selecting [protected], i have done recharge of 399 on [protected]..I have already recharged [protected] with 448 yesterday so its of no use..I called paytm for this issue but they advised to talk to airtel 121. The reference number for this transaction is[protected]. spoke to Rahul.rude cs & no help provided.
