[Resolved]  Airtel — recharge error. but amount deducted from bank account

I have recharged my prepaid mobile number: [protected] on 26/06./20 for inr598. The amount has been deducted from the bank account. On returning to the airtel portal it said: error.

Sbi bank ref:igaivwmxj5

I tried to call airtel customer service 121, they said to go to airtel thanks app which is not showing this transaction on last 5 transaction list.

I tried the customer complaint number 198 which could not resolve the problem.
