Airtel — recharge failure after porting | |||
Hi, airtel india i have recently ported my number from tata docomo to airtel expecting a better service @ airtel. But to my utter disbelief airtel service is pathetic, even after successfully porting my number to airtel, its been almost 48 hrs. I am not able to recharge my prepaid number, no frc, top up nothing works, always there is a message recharge failed, have tried with paytm, freecharge, bank and with airtel.in, still not successful, customer care team is also not providing any resolution nor the airtel store people, its frustating to be with airtel. Hi, airtel india i have recently ported my number from Vodafone to airtel expecting a better service @ airtel. But to my utter disbelief airtel service is pathetic, even after successfully porting my number to airtel, its been almost 48 hrs. I am not able to recharge my prepaid number, nothing works, always there is a message recharge failed, have tried with paytm, freecharge, still not successful, unable to connect with customer care, due to validity expired.customer care, its frustating to be with airtel.
