[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge for 349 plan but didn't get 1Gb per day | |||||
I recharged my recharge on 2nd March 2017 for 349 plan but I didn't get benefit of 1Gb per day as per the plan. I thought I must be a technical problem and I recharged again on 22 March 2017. Still I didn't get the 1Gb per day. Then I placed my grievance though mail. I received a called from your customer care stating that I am not getting the benefit because I didn't recharged it through airtel.in or airtel app. Then I install the airtel app and recharged my phone accordingly. Still I don't get the benefit as airtel keeps sending the sms through my number [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I received calls from numbers like +501 and +44852 which I actually don't know from where this call came from. Person on the other side is abusing and also knows my name so I hang up the call. Person was speaking in Hindi. Please solve this problem
