Airtel — recharge made for 70 days but expired after 28 days | |||
Madam/sir. I had recharged my mobile [protected] on 26th october for rs. 399. The plan was for 70 days /70 gb with free calls. Soon after 28 days i was not getting mobile internet and my calls were charged and deducted from my main balance. The phone was also not working properly suddenly with outgoing and incoming calls not getting. After inquiring with about 8 cust. Reps. I was told that my recharge on 26/10/17 was accepted for only 28 days. I told him that i have recd, the message when i recharged. But i was told that it is for only 28 days and not 70 days. I asked about the remaining money and i was told that in irtel all the remaining moneys go o the company and not refundable. Sir, because of bad service from airtel bangalore, i have stopped my dth, my 2 other mobile numbers. Perhaps these people want me to shift or something like that. I have recd. About 8 different replies fro customer care and i really do not know what to do. Is i that i am forced to go to another service provider under portability?
