Airtel — recharge not done after payment.

I have done a recharge for the pack of 1699 from MyAirtel App through phonepe. Phonepe has given me the transaction ID stating that the recharge has been done. I have connected Airtel and they claimed that they have not received the payment. I have even asked them to give me the same statement in mail and they have even denied that. So my money has been deducted, the recharge has not been done and they are not even willing to send me a mail stating that they have not received the payment.
