Airtel — recharge not done after transaction done.

I tried to recharge my airtel no. [protected] with ₹399 pack using myairtel app through my bhim upi alphaWizard@upi..Money transaction was completed but the recharge was not completed and there was a confirmation regarding failure of recharge but ₹399 is deducted from my bank account.
Please resolve the situation.
