Airtel — recharge on my number

I am very much dissapointed with airtel today. I was recharging for rs 448 airtel pack but mistakenly pressed 498.
So i ask them to refund my amount please as there were international benefits for only 1 day in rs 498.
I requested alot to them but they did'nt listen to me. I think i beeged like i am student i dont have much funds. Please help me it will be a problem for me. 500 is a big amount for me but they did'nt even listen to me. Today i think being a part of airtel and loving airtel is my biggest mistake in my life. I ported my no. From voda to airtel because i like the company. But after today's incident i will never ask airtel for any customer satisfaction and will never recommend anyone for airtel. Worst responsibilty towards their own customers

I would like to inform you that I have lost my lifetime airtel prepaid sim card no.[protected] yesterday evening.Hence, request you to do the needfull to block the sim as soon as possible to prevent misusage of it and also want dublicate simcard so that i can again use my SIM.
