Airtel — recharge plan confusion | |||
Dear sir, we recharged [protected] with rs 995/- for 6 months on 4-6-2018. But data not coming, contacted call centre, benefit: 1gb data/day, unlimited calls (Local+std+national roaming) and 100 local+std sms/day with denominations rs249, 448, 499, 509 and different validity. Whereas rs509/- for 90 days local+std unlimited, roaming in&out unlimited, 100sms local/national perday, 1.4gb data per day Even though we are paying equal to rs509/- for 3 months, for 6 months 509+509=1018/- (6months) with thought consession of rs23/- and paid rs995/- for 6months. We are ready to pay if you need rs23/- recharge to convert the plan or else kindly convert the plan to rs509/- and remain the balance to my mobile account. Even though we have lost our data from recharged day to today also. But call centre of airtel is refusing to convert to rs509/-plan with balance to my account. I will recharge rs23/- to convert equal to rs509/- for 6 months. Above scenario explains, making encash of misleading/magically to grap the amount from illiterates (Not aware of recharge options). airtel deducted my balance to activate 1 FUN GAMES, 2 VIDEO PARLOR, 3 AIRTEL NOW FLASH AND SEND A SMS IF I CAN'T STOP SMS TO 155223 BUT IT CANNOT WORK
