[Resolved] Airtel — recharge related - airtel dth service provider | |||
Dear Sir, I had recharged Rs 710 for Airtel Dish Tv on 25th August 2019 but recharge is not creditied into my account. I had raised complaint on 25th itself but they had closed my compliant without intimating me as Transaction declined. I had sent 10-15 mails to customer care and Nodal officer but till date they are not confirming status on mail. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Company till date not doing anything. Continuously I am the person following to companies team. Even though they are till not replied mail also. Also I request to you if possibly you peoples are able to sort out the matter and if Airtel service providers are take serious to you peoples then and then you can resolve the complaint or suggest me accordingly. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
