Airtel — recharge services

I have done recharge on another airtel number through the airtel app. And while the payment process was going on and suddenly it showed access denied. But the amount got deducted from my account. Still message of successful recharge done came on another number. My query is if the recharge was successful then why services are not active on that number. And if the recharge was unsuccessful but amount was deducted then where my money has gone!! I called in customer care but no proper guidance nor help was given from that side. They just said to dial 400. I mean what kind of [censored] is this!!
Then I checked on last recharge details it was shown no such recharge was done. Then where my money has gone!!! Being a 4G service customer they provide this kind of service to the users.
