Airtel — recharge successful but not reflecting

Dear Team,
I have done Recharge thru Freecharge with order no FCVA[protected] for an amount of Rs 111. This recharge was done for my number [protected].
However, the same balance of 111 is still not showing in my account.
Freecharge team is mentioning that they have received confirmation from your side mentioning that the Recharge is successful...Pls add Rs 111/- to my mobile number [protected] or refund back the same to Freecharge wallet
