Airtel — recharged for another number by mistake - through amazon pay balance - both amazon and airtel were informed - not corrected as promised | |||
On 4th October, through Amazon order no.[protected], I paid Rs. 680 for airtel dth recharge. My Airtel customer ID is [protected]. But mistakenly I typed [protected] and recharged. Immediately the fact was made known to amazon and Airtel through customer care numbers. Airtel registered the complaint and promised effecting the refund within 2days. But not yet refunded. My registered mobile is [protected]. I have enclosed screenshot for the payment. Was this information helpful? | |||
