[Resolved] Airtel — Refund not credited | |
So I gave plenty of emails to airtel wallet( or payment bank) customer service([protected]@airtelmoney.com) and they gave me a reply saying to give proof(which I did) and still nothing. Then I got a reference number from Amazon(who initiated the refund) saying the amount must be reflected on my account by now(14-feb-2017), but still nothing. So I gave the reference number to the customer care to which they said they have registered the complaint and that I will get a reply but still no reply. Please refund it ASAP. Feb 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved It took them 3 weeks for a thing that is to be done in 5 days, The service was unacceptable. Needs to improve on it. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
