[Resolved] Airtel — Refund not processed | |||||
Hi, I have Rs 229 to be refunded back to my account since I had disconnected my Broadband connection. But I regret to say that, it has not been processed for a month now and whenever I mail or call the Airtel customer care, I keep hearing different stories every time and no resolution has been provided to me yet even though I have shared my cancelled cheque. Following up multiple times has only left me friustrated.
