[Resolved] Airtel — Refund not received of 348 Rs | |||
My name is Sumit Badaya and I am from Jaipur, Rajasthan. My Airtel prepaid number is [protected]. Today, on 21st May 2017, I recharged my number with Rs.348/- from paytm. The recharge was successful, amount got deducted from my bank account. After recharge, I got an SMS from Reliance as follows: "Dear customer, this RCV cannot be used in conjunction with your current plan". The 348 plan was not activated on my number. I didn't get any refund to my bank account. Kindly look into the matter and either give me refund of Rs.348/- or activate the offers mentioned for Rs.348/- plan on my number.
