[Resolved] Airtel — refund of money not received

Sir, i have the honor to inform you that i applied a new pan card for a customer through online. But when i go to the payment section then i pay the amount of rs 113.00. But the transaction is unsuccessful and the airtel payment bank deduct the amount from my account on 16/12/2017. That was the unsuccessful transaction. So please help me. Thanking you.
