Airtel — Refund of my airtel wallet balance INR 1002 and harassment by company call centre and backend team | |
From past 4 months i have been sharing my calls and emails with airtel that they have marked unnecessary hold on my airetl wallet and have stopped me from using my wallet for bill payments and Fastag usage, They asked me to get my KYC updated at nearest airtel store to which i aggredd and visited there store which is 1 hour drive from my location, there airtel store people showed my that it cannot be resolved from there end as backend team has marked hold on your account, now when i started called airtel money team and call centre team, they said mail us your consent that you want to shift your airtel wallet into Airtel payment bank savings account, without any requirement i aggredd and sent them my Adhaar card and consent copy, Still nothing happened and they kept on delaying my wallet usage. Funny thing is that i can add money in it but cannot use that balance. Later after getting anoyed i asked for my amount refund, they aggreed to it and asked for my personal bank account details, i gave it and till date from last 3 months no refund initiated. More shocking there social media team is even more hilariuos they ask for patience and still no one revert after commmiting call backs. i have recordings of sonia, Rajgopal, Ahmeed and many more still no help. Are they bankrupt and will my INR 1002 going to help them make salaries for ### like the names mentioned. Really amazed and looking forward for legal help now with compensation against harrasment and suffering. Was this information helpful? | |
