[Resolved]  Airtel — Refund Pending for failed transaction

I had done a recharge for my number [protected] for rs 558.
Ref#IGAJVWOAP7 on 16Nov20.
It is not showing on the app.neither am I able to connect to anyone on their helpline 121.

Their is no way to connect if your transaction fails on Airtel app. Also I am going to give 1 star rating and ask people not to ever recharge via the app. Airtel doesn't support app transaction failure yet.

I was able to connect on 198 to a executive after a lot of time and got it resolved
