[Resolved] Airtel — Refund still not credited

I itscooltime from Calicut, Kerala

So, a few days back I posted a complaint about refund not being credited and one of the transaction got refunded but the other did not and I did not get any response from anyone. The refund amount is Rs 87. The complaint no. is 286549. The customer service has not replied to emails, too. This is taking too much time and very unacceptable for a process that is automatic. Feb 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved It took them 3 weeks for a thing that is to be done in 5 days, The service was unacceptable. Needs to improve on it. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. What is this nonsense? Can't you just fix this issue without all these inconveniences? Feb 21, 2017 Updated by itscooltime I called 400 but there was no option for any customer service, and this is really unacceptable. My refund of Rs.87 is still not credited and its been 2 weeks. I sent them emails and they said they get back to me in 2 days and still no response after that. The complaint reference no. is 295192.
