Hello Sir I Recharge My Airtel Data Card Number Through ICICI Net Banking With Plan Of 80 MB 2G/3G Data @ Rs22. But Airtel Did Not Give Me This Benefit They Give Another Unuse Unexpected Offer Of 20Paise/Minute Call Rate 28 Days Which Is Un use For Me I Talked To Airtel They Are Saying This Is Not Their Fault This Is Bank Fault. But Bank Are Saying All Update Come Through Airtel This Is Airtel Fault. Now What I Need To Do. This Happen With Me Many Time, Please Take Action against Airtel. Airtel store : Needs Telecom-1 no feeder road Belgharia Lol 700056 Nr Kamarhati Municipality has changed Rs. 50 for reissuing sim card which is suppose to Rs. 25.
I've confirmed several times with Airtel customer care 198 and they said everytime the same amount which is Rs. 25.
