Airtel — regarding airtel online store | |||||
I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on 15th Sept 2018 from Airtel Online store. Also i have paid 7900 amount as a down payment. I got new Airtel sim activated on 17th Sept 2018. I am unable to track my order, it is still not dispatched. Still in my orders status it is showing SIM activation pending, KYC pending. Airtel customer care (121, 198) doesn't know anything about online store/ purchase details. Kindly help me out on urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||||
